1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Apartment” refers to the residential units owned and managed by Don Quixote Apartments located in the Dominican Republic.
1.2 “Guest” means any individual renting or occupying an apartment.
1.3 “Management” refers to the authorized representatives of Don Quixote Management responsible for property administration.
2. RESERVATIONS AND BOOKING
2.1 Reservations can be made:
- Online through our official website
- Via telephone
- Through authorized booking platforms
- Directly at our reception
2.2 Booking Confirmation
- A valid reservation requires full payment of the first night’s stay
- Confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours of booking
- Guests must present valid identification upon check-in
2.3 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival: Full refund
- Cancellations 7-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 7 days before arrival: No refund
- No-show results in forfeiture of entire booking amount
3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
3.1 Check-in Time: 3:00 PM local time
3.2 Check-out Time: 11:00 AM local time
3.3 Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to additional charges
4. RATES AND PAYMENT
4.1 All rates are quoted in United States Dollars (USD)
4.2 Accepted payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- Bank transfers
- Cash (Dominican Pesos or USD)
4.3 Additional fees may include:
- Local taxes
- Cleaning fees
- Extra person charges
- Parking fees

5. APARTMENT USE AND OCCUPANCY
5.1 Maximum Occupancy
- Studio apartments: 2 guests
- 1-bedroom apartments: 3 guests
- 2-bedroom apartments: 4 guests
- Additional guests require prior approval and may incur extra charges
5.2 Guest Responsibilities
- Maintain the apartment in the same condition as upon arrival
- Report any damages immediately
- Respect noise levels and other guests’ comfort
- Comply with all posted rules and regulations
6. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
Guests are strictly prohibited from:
- Smoking inside apartments
- Hosting parties or events without prior management approval
- Bringing pets (except service animals with prior authorization)
- Engaging in illegal activities
- Subletting apartments
- Moving furniture between apartments
7. SECURITY AND LIABILITY
7.1 Don Quixote Apartments is not responsible for:
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Damage to personal property
- Injuries occurring within the premises
7.2 Guests are required to:
- Use safety deposit boxes for valuables
- Lock apartment doors when leaving
- Report suspicious activities to management
8. MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING
8.1 Housekeeping services provided:
- Daily cleaning (optional, additional charges apply)
- Linen and towel replacement every 3 days
- Bathroom amenities restocked weekly
8.2 Maintenance requests should be reported to reception immediately
9. AMENITIES AND SERVICES
9.1 Included Amenities

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
By making a reservation or entering the premises, guests agree to these terms and conditions.
